*Chronodisruption refers to chronic misalignment between one’s internal circadian rhythm (or preference for timing of sleep) and external demands such as work schedules. Chronodisruption may increase the risk of several adverse health outcomes such as cardiovascular disease and cancer.
The ushering in of pharmaceuticals was the demise of Heilotherapy and the use of “nature” as a part of health and healthcare.

I see it daily. No matter how bad a blood test is or how bad symptoms are or how much their life sucks, adopting nature over technology is a tough sell. 2 in 10 will make a permanent change. Most will pretend for a while until temptation drags them back into disease.
The solution is very, very simple – adopt nature and you will have health and vitality. Why, for some, this is such a hard concept to grasp I don’t know. It is the truth.
