Heliotherapy was part of mainstream medicine before the advent of penicillin. Sunlight (UVA/UVB, visible, and near/far Infrared confers upon the user unlimited benefits. When the full body is exposed to sunlight, on a regular basis, health can be maintained or achieved. “…in line with suggestions by other researchers voiced decades ago, light must, functionally, be considered as a drug equivalent. In this vein, the very timing, quality (wavelength), quantity (dose) and side effects, including *chronodisruption, of light exposures can be critically important for health and disease in man.” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19586725

*Chronodisruption refers to chronic misalignment between one’s internal circadian rhythm (or preference for timing of sleep) and external demands such as work schedules. Chronodisruption may increase the risk of several adverse health outcomes such as cardiovascular disease and cancer.

The ushering in of pharmaceuticals was the demise of Heilotherapy and the use of “nature” as a part of health and healthcare.

In 1930 there were 3,000 patients being seen at one of Dr. Rollier’s clinics in Leysin, Switzerland. School, work, healing and leisure activities were all done in the sun – Heiliotherapy. Notice how tan these fair-skinned, blonde hair, blue-eyed people are.

We will spend around 52 TRILLION dollars on health care over the next decade. Most Americans spend 97% of their day indoors, void of natural light, bathed by artificial blue light, surrounded by nnEMF, eating a diet high in calories, low in nutrition, while not exercising enough, sleeping enough or having enough fun. All Cause Mortality Is Increased By Avoidance Of Sun Exposure.

We are creating the sickest population the world has ever seen because we have forsaken nature, being lured-in by the false trappings of technology.

I see it daily. No matter how bad a blood test is or how bad symptoms are or how much their life sucks, adopting nature over technology is a tough sell. 2 in 10 will make a permanent change. Most will pretend for a while until temptation drags them back into disease.

The solution is very, very simple – adopt nature and you will have health and vitality. Why, for some, this is such a hard concept to grasp I don’t know. It is the truth.

“The sun has long been viewed as an object of amazement and reverence for various cultures throughout history. Dozens of ancient societies have worshipped the sun as a source of life and nourishment, and many designed their temples specifically to let in sunlight. The Chinese introduced the art of morning sun gazing, integrating it into exercises such as tai chi. Even yoga has strong ties to sun exposure; the sun salutation originates in India as part of an old Hindu practice. In addition to worshipping the sun god Ra, the ancient Egyptians were the first to report health benefits of sun exposure as early as 6000 years ago. Ancient Greek, Roman, and Arabic civilizations similarly recognized its therapeutic value. This global appreciation of the sun as a source of health has since permeated into western medicine.” Sun Exposure in History – Stephanie Mlacker BS, et al.
